One Year

I had a doctor's appointment today.

I had a doctor's appointment almost exactly today...one year ago.

Here is the difference...

Last year's doctor day ended with paperwork saying that I had Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.

Today's doctor day ended with paperwork saying that I am healthy enough to begin a family through adoption.

That is pretty awesome.
